LukomoryeBel Ltd. renders services in processing of tolling raw materials: apples, pears, wild and cultivated berries, mushrooms and other fruits and plants. Tolling transaction implies that the giver gives raw materials to the processor, from which the latter will produce finished products or process (refine) them. In this case the initial raw materials and the final product belong to the giver, and the processor only performs the processing work. After the contract is concluded, the giver formalises the transfer of raw materials for processing with a consignment note: TN or TTN. The choice of the document depends on the way the tolling materials are transferred to the processor. The processor documents the very process of processing and receipt of products in strict compliance with STB. The processed tolling raw materials and the final products made of them are handed over by the processor to the toller. In addition to products, the processor may return to the toller the remains of unused raw materials and returnable wastes belonging to the latter, if it is stipulated in the contract. The respective transfer is formalised by an acceptance certificate or other similar document.
