Use of concentrated Juices
Concentrated Juices are the result of modern technologies that preserve the beneficial properties and taste of Juice, while increasing its volume for ease of storage and transportation. The production of concentrated Juices includes several stages: 1) careful selection of high-quality fruits and berries 2) production of directly pressed Juices 3) clarification of Juices with enzyme preparations 4) ultrafiltration in an installation with special membranes 5) concentration of Juices by reducing the water content by removing it through evaporation vacuum with simultaneous capture of aroma-forming substances.
